If an item that is packed by one of our associates and shipped with insured/declared value coverage, you’ll be reimbursed for the value of the item (subject to the lesser of actual value, replacement or repair cost), and the full cost of packing materials (excluding insurance/declared value charges). Enter the required shipment information on the FedEx Ship Manager. From the navigation, select Shipping and click on Create a Shipment from the drop-down menu. Complete your pickup request while creating your shipping label. Both are made easier with a Delivery Manager account (more on that below). You can use FedEx Ground tracking or FedEx Express tracking if you send individual packages.
